as with others it doesnt recognize logon. endless do-loop of kicking me out. Why would someone put junk like this out?

So this review isnt about the use of the actual app, but rather that I cant sign in with my account information. I even tried to sign in on their website platform and my login information worked just fine there. But when I try to sign in on the app, it always says that login information is wrong and to try again. This app is useless.

Apologies to all who worked on this. Cant find anything except what Ive read days before. Cant tell new content from old. An occasional new page in a stack of old newspapers. Old version wasnt perfect, but was better than this.

Terrible. Every time I use this app it requires a logo for each article. I have better success just reading from the website.

Need a bridal page and to be able to read an entire obituary!

This app is quirky at best. I like the layout but thats pretty much it. Several times the app doesnt load and you have to close it reboot and kinda hold your breath hoping it loads. Have even checked the obituary section and on several occasions there is absolutely nothing listed. You have to look back on past week to find any. Nothing appear on today. A little disturbing since this a subscription app, (pay for it) not to work!

This app is extremely difficult to navigate and fails to display some of the highlighted stories and sections. Rather cancel subscription than try to use this app.

This app still needs a lot of work. Getting it to load can be exasperating - after several tries I simply grab the print copy of the newspaper.

I have had mysa.com loaded on my phone to keep up with local news for several years. Now they switch to a comprehensive news app format, and expect me to pay for it? No thanks! There are plenty of other, better SA news apps who dont constantly interject leftist views--and they are absolutely free. Keep your app.

More frustrating than useful. Rarely works. Articles take from 1-1000 seconds to download, are posted 2-3 times under each other or, some days, it just appears as a blank screen. Even when it works old articles appear next to new articles which is confusing. It is a daily newspaper app- just print what is in the paper that day and stop reposting the same articles. I would fire whoever gave the green-light to launch this app and sue whoever was paid to develop it. The Express News is definitely owed its app development fees back.

This App is SO SLOW.

Why try and reinvent the wheel. What a terrible app. The old one worked flawlessly. The latest stumbles through everything and just crashes and repeats stories over and over. What a mess of an app.

Id give it zero stars if I could. The old app worked well, and the new one, while I preferred the old version, would at least open before this last update. And even though I AM a paid subscriber to the app, it denies access to extra content like recipes. Ive emailed and they just dont seem interested in addressing that issue. I dont want a paper delivered...this should be a full-featured alternative or state that youre not getting access. If they cant get it together, I wont renew.

On 2-1-2016 there was an auto update to the news app and I have been unable to get the paper to open since. I would like to read the paper again. I am using an IPad and the paper has been working for three years until now. First review written 1/5/16 and still no solution. One would think that with paper subscriptions declining for years you folks would at least try to keep the new tech people happy

Terrible app. Cant sign in to account and links dont help. Olive software mobile is not user friendly either. 1 star because that is lowest score available.

What the heck is wrong with you people ? This is a terrible app-especially for iphone. It wont even recognize login credentials after changing password twice. When digital media threatens your existence you would think someone there would want to get this right.

I was once able to read the paper via my iPad and enjoy the down time doing so. Now the iPad version doesnt work. The front page updates, ut the remainder of the paper doesnt update at all. When I pull up other sections, they are weeks old. Im disappointed.

Never did load. Dont bother! Get it on your laptop or tablet. Nuke from your iPhone. Utterly useless.

It doesnt even load anything, the screen goes black and theres a thing spinning but nothing ever loads.

So I was sure to make a separate app login from the primary account. It said to confirm the account through an email that would be sent. I havent received it and its been over 15 hours. I still cant login even though I still pay for a physical paper subscription. So then whats the point of the app if I cant even login. Pointless.
