More frustrating than useful. Rarely works. Articles take from 1-1000 seconds to download, are posted 2-3 times under each other or, some days, it just appears as a blank screen.
Even when it works old articles appear next to new articles which is confusing. It is a daily newspaper app- just print what is in the paper that day and stop reposting the same articles.
I would fire whoever gave the green-light to launch this app and sue whoever was paid to develop it. The Express News is definitely owed its app development fees back.
